Easy to use, beginner friendly. When you soak it in alcohol, let it dry for longer or shake it a bit since alcohol can get trapped inside and the first stamp will burn like heck.
I love that this stamper is adjustable. So, as a newbie, I can use a shallow depth for the stamper but as I go along, and get used to the shallow depth, I can go deeper.

I love my Dr. Pen. Use it once per week (alternate between 36 & 18 needles) and can see a difference in my skin. It’s easy to use and works well. Just ordered more 18 needle cartridges and will continue to use indefinitely.

As long as you do your homework, sterilize/sanitize (including your work station) and use medical grade serums, this is a great at home product. One thing none of the on-line videos seem to mention but it does make sense is about 5-7 days after doing a treatment, you WILL start to peel. You will need to exfoliate and moisturize well. It's part of the healing and regeneration process. I've only done one treatment. I understand it will take multiple treatments to really see a difference. This is not a one and done. If you stick with it, you will eventually notice a difference. I know I will.
Way better than a derma roller. No more catching and pulling of hair. Easy to use and the ability to alert the needle length is the best part.
